VMT can provide resolutions to ongoing workplace conflicts through basic everyday communication and training. Video and presentations are provided to show employees how to effectively communicate, approach, and respond to most ongoing conflicts.

The key to resolving any workplace conflict is early detection before the problem can escalate into something more difficult.
